iLynx is an 8(a) and HUBZone Certified Small Business partnering with federal and state and local government. We have capabilities in IT Strategy and Modernization, Business Process Optimization, Enterprise IT Governance and PMO, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Software Assessment and Selection, Cloud Migration, ERP/EPM/BI Application Enhancement, IT Change Management, and Acquisition & Grants Management. 

We were established in 2006 to provide Oracle/PeopleSoft consulting and staffing services. Since that time, we have gained experiences in other enterprise IT leading vendors/products such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ADP, Maximo, Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPBCS, Tableau, Hyperion and Cognos. In 2015, we established a modern IT division that focuses on enterprise IT Modernization. Through this focus, we help organizations select and acquire modern Financials, Supply Chain, Grants, Human Capital, Customer Relationship and Enterprise Performance Management solutions, migrating data centers to cloud and implementing both on premise and cloud solutions.

In 2020, we formed a Joint-Venture named Think Modern IT (TMIT) with our SBA-approved mentor company IMSolutions LLC.
